Preface

“中國(guó)國(guó)際電池技術(shù)交流會(huì)/展覽會(huì)（CIBF）”是由中國(guó)化學(xué)與物理電源行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)主辦的電池行業(yè)國(guó)際例會(huì)，每?jī)赡暝谥袊?guó)舉辦一屆，是國(guó)際電池行業(yè)規(guī)模最大的展覽會(huì)。CIBF是中國(guó)電池行業(yè)第一個(gè)通過(guò)商標(biāo)注冊(cè)保護(hù)的國(guó)際會(huì)展。繼2014年6月18日～20日在深圳會(huì)展中心成功舉辦了“第十一屆中國(guó)國(guó)際電池技術(shù)交流會(huì)/展覽會(huì)(CIBF2014)”后，中國(guó)化學(xué)與物理電源行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)定于2016年5月24日～26日在深圳舉辦規(guī)模空前的“第十二屆中國(guó)國(guó)際電池技術(shù)交流會(huì)/展覽會(huì)（CIBF2016）”。同期舉辦：第一屆中國(guó)國(guó)際儲(chǔ)能應(yīng)用展覽會(huì)和第一屆中國(guó)國(guó)際移動(dòng)電源展覽會(huì)

China Industrial Association of Power Sources is the organizer of China International Battery Fair (CIBF). The CIBF is a battery industry international regular fair, which is held biennially in China, and has become the largest battery fair in the world. Following successfully held the "11th China International Battery Fair (CIBF2014)" on June 18 to 20, 2014 in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, China Industrial Association of Power Sources will hold "the 12th China International Battery Fair (CIBF2016)" on May 24 to 26, 2016.

儲(chǔ)能作為未來(lái)推動(dòng)新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的最具前瞻性技術(shù)，在新能源并網(wǎng)、電動(dòng)汽車、智能電網(wǎng)、微電網(wǎng)、分布式能源系統(tǒng)、家庭儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)、無(wú)電地區(qū)供電工程乃至未來(lái)能源安全方面都將發(fā)揮巨大作用。儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)在世界上和在我國(guó)都尚處于發(fā)展的初期階段，尤其是我國(guó)市場(chǎng)潛力巨大，完全可能成為全球最大儲(chǔ)能應(yīng)用市場(chǎng)。為了逐步有效推動(dòng)我國(guó)儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)與應(yīng)用市場(chǎng)發(fā)展，我們特別決定在CIBF2016同期舉辦“第一屆中國(guó)國(guó)際儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)與應(yīng)用展覽會(huì)”，突出展示在儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域國(guó)內(nèi)外已經(jīng)取得的研究與應(yīng)用進(jìn)展。以此為契機(jī)，努力推進(jìn)制定國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃，在加大儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研究的投入力度的同時(shí)，早日出臺(tái)相應(yīng)的優(yōu)惠政策與建立補(bǔ)貼機(jī)制，加快儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)在未來(lái)電力系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用和產(chǎn)業(yè)化。

As the future most prospective technology in the new energy industry, energy storage will play an important role in the new energy collected grid, electric vehicles, smart grid, micro grid, distributed energy system, household storage system, electricity supply engineering at areas without grids and the future energy security, etc. Energy storage industry is still in the initial development stage both in the world & in China. But, the potential market will be huge in China and it is believed that China will become the world''s largest energy storage market in the future. In order to promote steady development of energy storage technology & applied market in China, China Industrial Association of Power Sources decided to hold the 1st China International Energy Storage Exhibition during CIBF2016. Based on such activity, CIAPS will make their effort to promote a national medium- and long-term planning of Energy Storage Technology & Application Development by Chinese Government. Hence, beside of investment in energy storage technology innovation R & D enhanced, corresponding preferential &compensation policies will be early set up to speed up energy storage technology and their industrialization & wide applications in the future grids systems.

隨著智能手機(jī)、平板電腦等移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)終端產(chǎn)品的普及，移動(dòng)電源成為消費(fèi)者解決“電池短板”的重要選擇。移動(dòng)電源是一種集供電和充電功能于一體的便攜式充電器，可以給手機(jī)等數(shù)碼設(shè)備隨時(shí)隨地充電或待機(jī)供電。根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)：2014年全球手機(jī)出貨量18.9億部,增長(zhǎng)4.9%,我國(guó)共計(jì)生產(chǎn)手機(jī)16億部,占到全球產(chǎn)量的85%，未來(lái)幾年全球手機(jī)市場(chǎng)增速為3-5%。其中，智能手機(jī)市場(chǎng)份額增長(zhǎng)極快，2014年智能手機(jī)占比已經(jīng)達(dá)到65%。隨著智能手機(jī)和平板電腦的普及，移動(dòng)電源已形成巨大的市場(chǎng)需求，成為鋰離子電池重要的應(yīng)用市場(chǎng)之一。我國(guó)是全球移動(dòng)電源產(chǎn)品的主要生產(chǎn)國(guó)和出口國(guó)，2014年我國(guó)移動(dòng)電源市場(chǎng)規(guī)模約為150億元。據(jù)分析，未來(lái)五年移動(dòng)電源年均增長(zhǎng)率在30%左右。印度、印尼等國(guó)家將成為移動(dòng)電源重要的市場(chǎng)，增速將超過(guò)中國(guó)。為了展示中國(guó)移動(dòng)電源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并促進(jìn)規(guī)范移動(dòng)電源產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康、有序競(jìng)爭(zhēng)發(fā)展，中國(guó)化學(xué)與物理電源行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)決定：在CIBF2016期間舉辦“第一屆中國(guó)國(guó)際移動(dòng)電源展覽會(huì)”。

With the popularity of smart phones, tablet PCs and other mobile internet terminal products, A mobile power source so called “Power Bank” become an important choice for users to solve the issue of battery short service time per charge. Power Bank plays as both power supply and charger in one set, which can charge or support standby power at any time for the phone and other digital devices. According to statistics, global mobile phone shipments reached 18.9 billion in 2014, an increase of 4.9% than in 2013. Among those, total production of mobile phone was 1.6 billion in China, accounted for 85% of global production. Also, the global mobile phone market will continue to increase of 3-5% in the next years. In particularly, smart phones have even faster growth, which accounted for more than 65% in 2014, already. With the popularity of smart phones and tablet PCs, Power Bank shows a huge market demand, and become one of the most important applications of lithium ion batteries, now. China is the major producer and exporter of Power Bank in the world, and China Power Bank market will reach about 15 billion Yuan. According to the analysis, the average annual growth rate of Power Bank is about 30% in the next five years. The major market growth will be in India, Indonesia and other countries, and the growth rate may exceed in China. In order to show the art of the state of the mobile power source industry in China and to promote the further development of Chinese mobile power source industry with healthy and orderly competition, China Industrial Association of Power Sources decided to hold the 1st China International Power Bank Exhibition during the CIBF2016.

CIBF2016展覽會(huì)面積為82500平方米，參展商將達(dá)到1300家，展位數(shù)量超過(guò)4000個(gè)，將有來(lái)自50多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的40000多名觀眾參觀展覽會(huì)。CIBF2016技術(shù)交流會(huì)將以 “動(dòng)力電池和儲(chǔ)能電池”為主題，重點(diǎn)探討電動(dòng)汽車用電池及微網(wǎng)、智能電網(wǎng)用各種儲(chǔ)能電池的最新進(jìn)展，預(yù)計(jì)將有來(lái)自50多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的800多人參加會(huì)議。同期將舉辦數(shù)十場(chǎng)國(guó)內(nèi)外廠商信息發(fā)布會(huì)。

For CIBF2016, the exhibition area is 82,500 square meters, the number of exhibitors will be up to 1300, the number of booths will be over 4000. There will be more than 40,000 visitors from more than 50 countries to visit the exhibition. The theme of CIBF2016 technical conference will be “power batteries and storage batteries", focusing on electric vehicle batteries and micro-grid, smart grid and energy storage battery with a variety of the latest developments. There will be 800 people from more than 50 countries and regions attend the meeting. In the same period, more than 10 business seminars will be hold for domestic and foreign manufacturers.

CIBF2016將以其國(guó)際化的舞臺(tái)、電池行業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的產(chǎn)品、專業(yè)化的觀眾群體、多樣化的展示手段，為國(guó)內(nèi)外用戶、采購(gòu)商、經(jīng)銷商提供展示交易的平臺(tái)，再次成為世界電池行業(yè)的中國(guó)盛會(huì)。

中國(guó)化學(xué)與物理電源行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)(英文：China Industrial Association of Power Sources，縮寫：CIAPS) 是經(jīng)中華人民共和國(guó)民政部注冊(cè)的國(guó)家一級(jí)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)，主管部門為工業(yè)和信息化部。協(xié)會(huì)成立于1989年12月，現(xiàn)有500多個(gè)會(huì)員單位，下設(shè)堿性蓄電池與新型化學(xué)電源分會(huì)、酸性蓄電池分會(huì)、鋰電池分會(huì)、太陽(yáng)能光伏分會(huì)、干電池工作委員會(huì)、電源配件分會(huì)、移動(dòng)電源分會(huì)和儲(chǔ)能應(yīng)用分會(huì)等八個(gè)分支機(jī)構(gòu)。

China Industrial Association of Power Sources (CIAPS) was founded in December 1989, is the first grade professional battery association in China, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is the authorities. It has more than 500 members and has eight branches, including alkaline battery and new type chemical power sources branch, lead acid storage battery branch, lithium battery branch, dry cell branch, solar energy photovoltaic branch, accessory and equipment for battery branch, power bank branch and energy storage battery applications branch.

內(nèi)資企業(yè)：10000元/ 9m2

外商合資獨(dú)資企業(yè)：12000元/ 9m2

國(guó)外及港澳臺(tái)企業(yè)：2800美元/9m2

注：雙開口展位加收10%

（2）光地（最少36 m2，布展期間的管理費(fèi)自付）

每個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展位（9 m2）免費(fèi)提供：中英文楣板一個(gè)（角位為兩個(gè)），桌子一張，折疊椅二把，射燈二只，電源插座一個(gè)，紙簍一個(gè)，地毯一塊、三面展墻（3 × 3 × 2.5m），每個(gè)展商在《CIBF2016會(huì)刊》上免費(fèi)刊登公司聯(lián)絡(luò)信息（以參展申報(bào)表內(nèi)容為準(zhǔn)），免費(fèi)提供兩個(gè)展位工作人員3天午餐。

There are standard exhibition booth (9m2: 3m×3m) and space area (min area 36 m2). The standard booth fee is US$2800/9m2 and the space area fee is US$280/m2.
Each standard booth (9 m2) provides a fascia in Chinese-English (two for angular position), one table, two folding chairs, two lamps, one power socket, one basket, one carpet, three exhibition walls (3 x 3 x 2.5m), company contact information printed in the CIBF2016 Catalogue (to exhibition form shall prevail) and two staff lunch for three days.

展位安排

Booth arrangement

CIBF2016展覽分電池產(chǎn)品及應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品區(qū) (1號(hào)館) 、原材料及零配件區(qū)（2號(hào)館）、制造設(shè)備及測(cè)試儀器區(qū)（1, 7, 8,9號(hào)館）。國(guó)外及中國(guó)港澳臺(tái)展商和展團(tuán)被安排在1號(hào)館。

Allocation of booths:
The exhibition hall is divided into battery products and application area (Hall 1), raw materials and spare parts area (Hall 2), manufacturing equipment and test instrument area (Hall 1, 7, 8, and 9). The exhibitors from outside China, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan China will be arranged in the Hall 1.

展位安排原則：先申請(qǐng)、先付款、先分配。展位確認(rèn)后一周內(nèi)應(yīng)將展位費(fèi)匯至指定銀行帳號(hào)，過(guò)期未收到展位費(fèi)，主辦方有權(quán)將所選展位出售給其他公司。

The principle of booth arrangement is applying early, paying early, and assigning early. The booth fee should be remitted to the designated bank account after confirmation of the booth within a week. The organizer has the right to sell the selected booth to other companies if overdue.

優(yōu)惠條件：凡交納2014年和2015年會(huì)費(fèi)的協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員單位，可享受10%的展位費(fèi)優(yōu)惠。
Favorable terms: The association members who has paid membership fee for 2014 and 2015 can enjoy 10% discount.

取消：參展申請(qǐng)后，因特殊原因不能參展的單位，可申請(qǐng)退展，經(jīng)CIBF2016辦公室確認(rèn)后在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)辦理退展手續(xù)。在2016年 3月1 日之前退展，組委會(huì)收取展位費(fèi)的30％作為補(bǔ)償，余款退回。在2016年3月1日-5 月1日之間退展，組委會(huì)收取展位費(fèi)的60％作為補(bǔ)償，余款退回。在 2016年5月1 日之后退展的，展位費(fèi)不退。

Cancellation: Those who are not able to take part in the exhibition after application for particular reasons are allowed to withdraw. The procedure should be handled after confirming by the committee during the designated time period. If the exhibitors quit before March 1, 2016, the committee will claim 30% of the booths fee for compensation and repay the rest. If the exhibitors quit from March 1 to May 1, 2016, the committee will claim 60% of the booths fee for compensation and repay the rest. If the exhibitors quit after June 1, 2016, there will be no repayment.

參展流程

The exhibition process

（1）參展商在確認(rèn)參展，選擇展位后，填寫參展申報(bào)表，并將此表通過(guò)傳真或郵件的方式發(fā)給主辦方；

(1) The exhibitors shall fill in the application form after the confirmation of exhibition and selection of booth, and send the form to CIAPS by fax or email;

（2）主辦方收到參展表后，為參展商發(fā)“展位確認(rèn)書及交費(fèi)通知(代替合同)”，要求參展商在一周內(nèi)將規(guī)定的展位費(fèi)匯到指定的銀行帳號(hào)；

(2) Once receiving this application form, CIAPS will send exhibitor an acknowledgement and invoice. This is payable on receipt. The exhibitors should pay the booth fee to the designated bank account within a week.

（3）主辦方在收到參展商的匯款后，開具發(fā)票，并將發(fā)票通過(guò)快遞的方式寄給參展商，同時(shí)通知參展商在展會(huì)網(wǎng)站（www.cibf.org.cn）上的用戶名和密碼，請(qǐng)參展商及時(shí)到網(wǎng)站上登陸，將公司的詳細(xì)資料上傳至網(wǎng)站。開展前資料如有變化，請(qǐng)自行更新；

(3) CIAPS will inform the exhibitors the user name and password on website www.cibf.org.cn. The exhibitors should upload the detailed company information to the website in time. And the exhibitors need to update their information if there are any changes.

（4）展會(huì)開始前1-2個(gè)月，主辦方向參展商郵寄門票、參展商手冊(cè)、展商報(bào)到通知書等資料；
The booth confirmation will be sent to the exhibitors by email 1-2 months before the fair.

（5）開展時(shí)，參展商持《展商報(bào)到通知書》到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)報(bào)到，辦理布展和參展手續(xù)。
